A LETTER FROM THE PASTOR
Dear friends,
On behalf of First Baptist Church, I would like to extend to you a personal invitation to come and worship with us. I was born again on January 27, 1980. My wife, Tina, was born again when she was five years old. God called me to preach March 27, 1980, and my wife and I count it a privilege to serve here at First Baptist.
First Baptist is a Lordship church where Jesus is LORD OF ALL. We are an old-fashioned, independent, Bible-believing Baptist church that still believes that, by the foolishness of the preaching of God's Holy Word, men are saved from their sins. Here the Word of God is preached with fire and compassion without compromise or apology.
My goal as Pastor is to point all who come through our doors to the Lord Jesus Christ, whether their need is salvation or spiritual enrichment. Our motto here is "all to the glory of God!" We look forward to meeting you very soon.
